We strive for 100% satisfaction and will repair or replace building that are defective within the warranty window.

Order cancellations are subject to the following:

Buildings that are built to order require a 10% deposit that may not be refundable if building is built prior to order cancellation. If the building has already been delivered, transportation costs may also apply.
